CeciLo Designs patterns are available in Spanish and English. Before you buy, you can check the product description to see the available languages and which files you will receive.
Patterns are digital products, downloadable PDF files. Once payment is confirmed, you can access the files for your purchase from your CeciLo Designs account, and you will be sent a purchase confirmation email with the download link.
My patterns may include support videos for certain techniques or parts of the construction, or full tutorials. In each pattern’s description you will find the included content detailed before you buy.
My patterns are professionally checked before publication, but of course, we are human.
If you think you have found a possible error, you can contact me so I can review it. If an error is confirmed, the pattern will be corrected and updated.
Currently, CeciLo Designs physical products are shipped only within Spain.
Patterns, courses and other digital products can be purchased from other countries.
Yes. Patterns can be purchased separately unless a specific product expressly states otherwise.
Preparation and shipping times will be shown during checkout or in the product description for products with special conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive the information needed to track it when the shipping method allows it.
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to request the return of a physical product, as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and keeps its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer if the mistake was the customer’s. If the mistake was the shop’s, return shipping costs are paid by the shop.

CeciLo Designs offers training in both Spanish and English.
Not all courses or workshops will necessarily be available in both languages. The language of each training will be clearly shown on its page before you enrol.
Once payment is confirmed, you can access the course from your personal CeciLo Designs account.
There you will find the lessons, videos, texts and files for the training you purchased.
Online courses have unlimited access, unless the page of a specific training expressly states a different duration.
It depends on the workshop.
In some cases you will get access to the recording afterwards, and in others it will be a live-only experience.
This information will always be shown before you enrol.
In the Events section you will find the upcoming festivals, workshops, gatherings and events I will be taking part in.
It will depend on the event and where it takes place.
In each workshop’s information you will find the language it will be taught in.
You can buy using a credit or debit card through Stripe, Mercado Pago or PayPal, depending on the options available for your country, currency and type of product.
For future products with recurring payments or subscriptions, the available payment methods may be different and will be shown before you sign up for the service.
Because of the nature of digital products and the access to the content you get after purchase, these products do not accept returns or refunds under the terms set out in our Terms of Sale.
