I am Cecilia Losada, CeciLo, a knitting and crochet designer.
My creative universe comes from the mix of my South American roots, the places I have lived and a constant curiosity to explore everything we can do with needles, a hook and a ball of yarn.
Colour, geometry, textures, constructions and techniques blend into contemporary designs with an identity of their own.
Because technique is a tool. Design is what rules.
Explore patterns designed to enjoy not only the finished piece, but everything that happens while you are making it.
I’m not interested in only teaching you to repeat a few steps.
I want you to understand what is happening between your stitches so that a technique that looks complicated today becomes one more tool tomorrow.
Knitting and crochet courses and workshops to keep exploring, learning and widening the possibilities of your needles.
A key part of my work is teaching and sharing knitting in person.
Throughout the year I take part in knitting festivals, fairs, retreats and events in different places around the world, teaching both knitting and crochet workshops.
