The available destinations may be extended or changed in the future.
CeciLo Designs works with certain physical products under a pre-order system.
This means that we do not necessarily have in our warehouse all the stock of yarns, colours and quantities offered in the shop at the moment you place your order.
To offer a greater variety of yarns and colours without permanently keeping all the stock available, we group certain orders and place periodic orders with our suppliers.
For this reason, yarn orders and kits that include yarns are generally handled according to the following calendar:

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, the final delivery time will depend on the destination and the transport service used.
When all the products in an order are available in our stock, we may prepare and ship the order without waiting for the next ordinary shipping period.

Therefore, the calendar of the 15th and 30th sets the general deadlines for products that need to be ordered beforehand from our suppliers, but it does not prevent an order from being shipped earlier when we have stock available.

These specific conditions will prevail over the general shipping calendar when the product is expressly linked to a particular activity.
If one order includes several physical products and one of them is not immediately available, the order may be shipped together once all the products are ready.
When there are different conditions or it is necessary to make separate shipments, CeciLo Designs may contact the buyer to inform them.

Once you have notified your decision, you must return the products without undue delay and, in any case, within the 14 calendar days following the notification of withdrawal.

For yarns, kits and similar products, this means they must be returned in a condition that allows their state to be properly checked and, where applicable, with their labels, accessories and original items.
When the return is due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal because the buyer has decided not to keep the product, the direct costs of returning it will be borne by the buyer.
The return must be made using a suitable transport system that allows the products to arrive properly protected.
When the right of withdrawal is properly exercised, the payments that legally apply will be refunded, including, where applicable, the standard initial delivery costs.
If the buyer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option offered, CeciLo Designs will not be obliged to refund that additional cost.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
CeciLo Designs may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the buyer provides proof of having returned them, whichever happens first.

PDF patterns, courses, videos, tutorials and other digital products are not shipped physically.
Once payment is confirmed, you will have access to the digital product according to the conditions stated on its purchase page. For downloadable patterns, you will also receive an email with the corresponding access or download link.
Digital products with immediate access or download have specific conditions regarding the right of withdrawal. When, during the purchase process, you have expressly requested immediate access to the content and acknowledged that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal, it will not be possible to request a return or refund once the digital supply has started, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
